If you TEXT during non-business hours, we will call you during the next business day.
Technical questions should be taken care of during regular business hours. If it is not possible for you to talk to our technical support person during business hours, we may be able to schedule a specific after-hours time with you.
During technical support, you may be asked to access your DryFire computer. Please have the computer handy, and we will give you a link that will allow us to connect to your computer from our office if necessary.
