Financial Benefits

A true stimulus package.

Can you justify a one time expenditure of $1,385.00? If, on average you shoot 67 outdoor targets a week for one year, you will have shot 3,462 targets in a year. At 40 cents per target, you have the price of a basic DryFire system. Most shooters who buy a DryFire system, will shoot more than 200 indoor (DryFire) targets a week in the first year (10,400 targets). The system has more than paid for itself in the first year. And regardless of your current shotgunning skills, you will become a more skilled shooter. We guarantee it! The only product in the shotgun world that guarantees you will become a more skilled shooter.

Do you find the cost of shells, targets, and auto expenses making it harder and harder to get to the club? How many times a week do you have the time to go to the club? If you could practice at home, how many times would you practice?

Let’s look at the numbers: A single head DryFire system with a wall canvas will cost you $1385.00. Assuming your normal shell cost is $6.00 a box and targets are $4.00 a round, how many outdoor targets can you shoot for $1385.00 (the cost of the DryFire system)?

Answer: At 40 cents per target, you can shoot 3,462 outdoor targets.

Is there extra value in shooting DryFire targets? In talking to instructors who are using DryFire in their training programs, we hear this statement. "One DryFire target indoors is equivalent to six outdoor targets. The visual re-enforcement the shooter receives after every shot is so important. We estimate our students are learning 3 to 5 times faster because part of their training is on DryFire.”

Let’s look at this information in a different light. If the DryFire shooter is learning 3 to 5 times faster, couldn’t we say the 3,462 targets (the amount required to financially break even) is the equivalent of 10,386 to 17,310 outdoor targets? Therefore, the money you invested in DryFire buys you the equivalent of 10,386 to 17,310 targets.

10,386 outdoor targets will cost you $4,154.00
17,310 outdoor targets will cost you $6,924.00

How many targets will you shoot? You will shoot thousands, or even tens of thousands of targets every year. And over the life of the product you could shoot 100,000 targets.

How many targets can you shoot in an hour? It primarily depends on how much shooting you normally do. If you currently shoot a lot and are in good shooting shape you will find 200 targets an hour pretty easy to do. However, if you don’t shoot much, you will find 100 targets an hour is a better pace.

How fast could you shoot? It depends on the target type and you. If you shoot at the target during the first second of it's flight and hit it, the shot cycle will be completed in 2 seconds. Ready for you to call for another target. In this example, you could shoot 30 targets a minute (1,800 targets an hour). However, you won't be able to maintain that pace. Maybe you could for 1 minute, or perhaps 2 minutes, but you won't last much beyond 2 minutes. And, the purpose for using DryFire is not to see how many targets you can shoot in a certain period of time. It's all about learning to shoot accurately. So, let me ask the question in a different way.

At what rate will I be shooting when I am seriously practicing? Having watched a lot of shooters practicing on DryFire, you will be shooting between 6 and 10 targets a minute. That's 300 to 600 targets an hour.

At an average rate of 300 targets an hour, the DryFire system is paid for in 12 hours.
Therefore, if you have $1385.00 to invest, investing in DryFire is financially a NO-BRAINER.
